Retail construction poses its own unique set of challenges which Urbans recognizes and is prepared for. Reconstruction and transformation of space presents its own unique challenges. Urban’s is up to the task. The adjacent photos display a 2021 project. It involved a distressed property in Milan Michigan to be reconstructed into a viable business within a few months. Complete restoration of plumbing, electrical, structural, floor and parking lot repairs to new franchise standards. A project which caught the eye of the entire town and was awarded “Best Looking Location 2021” by Victory Lane corporate.
