Industrial Commercial Project in Green Bay, WI

Urban’s completed a full interior build-out for Title Town Dialysis located in Green Bay, providing comprehensive construction services including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, framing, finishes, and installation of specialized medical facility components. The project involved transforming an existing commercial space into a fully operational dialysis treatment facility designed to meet healthcare construction standards and the specific operational needs of dialysis care.

The project began with layout and framing, including metal stud framing for patient treatment areas, nurse stations, offices, restrooms, storage rooms, and mechanical spaces. Urban’s installed insulation within wall assemblies where required for sound control and energy efficiency, followed by drywall installation, finishing, and preparation for wall finishes. In treatment and wet areas, FRP panels were installed to provide durable, cleanable, moisture-resistant wall surfaces appropriate for healthcare environments.

Urban’s completed all mechanical and HVAC work, including installation of ductwork, air distribution systems, returns, and equipment connections to maintain proper airflow, temperature control, and ventilation throughout the facility. Plumbing work included installation of domestic water lines, sanitary piping, floor drains, water boxes for dialysis stations, and plumbing connections for sinks, restrooms, and equipment. Chases were framed and constructed to route plumbing, electrical, and medical utility lines efficiently and cleanly throughout the building.

Electrical work included full power distribution, lighting installation, receptacles, dedicated circuits for dialysis equipment, and installation of TV outlets and brackets at each patient station. Urban’s also installed security cameras and an Aiphone Communication System for communication, access control, and security monitoring throughout the facility. Fire and life safety systems were installed and coordinated, including fire alarm devices, emergency lighting, exit signage, and coordination with the sprinkler system to meet safety and code requirements.

Interior finishes included installation of ceiling grid and acoustical ceiling tile throughout patient areas, offices, and corridors. Flooring installation included resilient flooring materials suitable for healthcare environments, providing durability and ease of maintenance. Doors, frames, hardware, and windows were installed throughout the facility, ensuring accessibility, safety, and proper room functionality.

Urban’s also fabricated and installed laminate countertops at patient stations, nurse stations, work areas, and support spaces. Additional equipment installation included a floor scale, shelving units, and casework as required for facility operations. All patient stations were equipped with mounted televisions and brackets to improve patient comfort during treatment.

The completed full build-out for Title Town Dialysis resulted in a fully functional, modern dialysis facility with integrated mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and interior construction systems. Urban’s coordinated all phases of construction to deliver a high-quality healthcare facility that meets operational needs, healthcare construction standards, and building code requirements.
