The project included structural and surface improvements, mechanical system updates, and installation of specialized equipment and building components critical to automotive service operations.
The project began with exterior site work, including concrete repairs and modifications to accommodate traffic flow and building access. Urban’s installed new concrete slabs, footings, and floor plates where required, ensuring durable surfaces capable of supporting vehicles and heavy equipment. Epoxy coating was applied to service pits and floor areas to provide long-lasting protection against oil, chemicals, and wear from high-traffic service areas. Exterior awnings were installed to provide weather protection for entryways and service areas, enhancing both functionality and curb appeal.
Urban’s performed interior wall repairs and refinishing throughout the facility, addressing damaged drywall, wear from daily operations, and areas impacted by previous mechanical or structural work. Flooring repairs and replacement were completed to restore durability and safety, ensuring level, cleanable surfaces in both customer areas and service bays. All painting, including doors, frames, and interior and exterior walls, was completed to deliver a professional, finished appearance and to protect surfaces from wear and environmental exposure.
Exterior signage was installed to reinforce branding and improve visibility, including mounting, lighting coordination, and integration with existing structures. Overhead doors and service door operators were installed and upgraded to improve operational efficiency, reliability, and safety for vehicle entry and service bay access. Urban’s ensured all door systems were properly aligned, functional, and compliant with manufacturer specifications.
Urban’s also completed mechanical and utility work as part of the facility updates. Plumbing installations and repairs included water supply, drainage, and any fixtures required for service bay and restroom functionality. Electrical work included power distribution, lighting upgrades, receptacle installation, and coordination with overhead doors, signage, and specialized automotive equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation throughout the facility.
Throughout the project, Urban’s coordinated closely with the facility management and multiple trades to minimize disruption to ongoing operations, maintaining safety and accessibility for staff and customers.
The completed work provided Victory Lane with a fully updated and functional facility, featuring durable concrete and flooring systems, upgraded service doors and operators, refreshed interior and exterior finishes, improved mechanical systems, and high-quality signage and awnings. Urban’s ability to integrate structural, mechanical, and finish work into a cohesive project ensured both operational efficiency and an enhanced professional appearance for the facility.
